For the Spigaroli to cook outside the restaurant was not a difficult decision. As often happens in life, it was based on a favour granted to a client/friend on the occasion of his wedding reception, and marked the start of a genuinely new activity.

Some thirty years have passed since that first reception. Many things have changed, many things have been improved, many new ideas have been introduced into the style of service, but the cuisine of Massimo and Luciano has always remained securely anchored to the solid foundations that permeate our land.

Be it a castle or a villa, or a private house, a suitable and functional menu can be created without difficulty.
